Is this program suitable for all fitness levels?

Yes! I will take an assessment of whichever stage you are in. From there we will work towards your fitness goal.

Do I have to follow a restrictive diet to

see results?

Diet plays a huge role in getting your dream body. But I am not for a restrictive diet. I like the 80/20 rule and as a nutrition advisor, I can help you breakdown what to eat more of to get the body you want (and will eventually get!).

How often will I have coaching sessions?

We will have initial consultation, like a semi-formal meet and greet where we will zoom in on how I can help you. After that, its completely tailored to the client. If you want sessions, everyday, weekly or even bi-weekly, we can plan it out together.
