You can delete your Ironkor account at any time, from the app or by email. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel that first in your store account settings.
1. Delete from the app
- Open Ironkor and go to Settings.
- Open the Account tab.
- Tap Deactivate account and confirm.
Your account is removed from active use immediately and you are signed out.
2. Delete without the app
If you no longer have the app installed, email info@ironkor.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We confirm and complete the request within 30 days.
3. What is deleted, and when
- Immediately: your account is deactivated and you are signed out. Your profile, handle, posts, and follows are hidden from other people, and we stop sending notifications to your devices.
- After 30 days (or right away if you choose Start fresh when signing in again), we permanently delete:
- your routines, workout sessions and sets, custom exercises, goals, training profile, body measurements, and cardio check-ins;
- your social profile and handle, your posts and the reactions on them, reactions you left on other people's posts, your follows and followers, follow requests, blocks, shared routines and exercises (sent and received), and notifications (sent and received);
- your subscription status, the purchase and sign-in events we received about you from RevenueCat and Clerk, your customer record at RevenueCat, and the co-op sessions you hosted or joined;
- your account record.
Until then everything is kept only so you can restore the account by signing in again. A restore brings it all back as it was.
4. What we keep
- No billing records. Apple and Google sell the subscription and issue the invoice, so they keep the purchase records the law requires; we keep none after deletion.
- Backups, which are rotated and purged within 90 days.
- Other people's workouts. People you trained with in a co-op session keep the sets they logged in their own workout history.
- Aggregated, pseudonymized analytics that no longer identify you.
