Terms of service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Ironkor, or the minimum digital consent age in your country of residence, whichever is higher. By using Ironkor you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that happens under your account. Keep your credentials private and notify us promptly at info@ironkor.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use Ironkor lawfully. You will not:

• abuse, harass, or impersonate other users;
• reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service;
• use Ironkor to distribute malware, spam, or unlawful content;
• circumvent rate limits, paywalls, or access controls;
• use the service to build a competing product.

4. Subscriptions and billing

The core Ironkor app is free. The optional Hardcore subscription unlocks additional features (extended history, co-op sessions, unlimited goals). Hardcore is sold and billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play through your store account and renews automatically until you cancel. Manage, pause, or cancel your subscription in the App Store or Google Play settings. Refunds, where available, are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies.

5. Your content

Routines, workouts, notes, and other content you create remain yours. You grant Ironkor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display that content solely to operate the service for you. This license covers syncing across your devices, computing progress views, and powering co-op features when you choose to share with another user.

6. Health and safety

Ironkor is a workout-tracking tool. It is not medical advice and does not replace consultation with a qualified professional. You are responsible for training within your ability and for seeking medical guidance before starting any new program, particularly if you have a pre-existing condition or injury.

7. Service availability

We work to keep Ironkor reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. If a material change adversely affects paid features during an active Hardcore subscription, we will give reasonable advance notice and, where appropriate, offer a refund or credit.

8. Termination

You may stop using Ironkor and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. On termination your access ends and your data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

Ironkor is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will meet your specific training goals, be uninterrupted, or be free from defects.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ironkor and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost training time. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for Ironkor in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Disputes will be resolved before the competent courts of Portugal, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continued use of Ironkor after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
